She went on and on and on...
You know how some people just have the ability to talk and talk and talk. Those people are interesting. They can go from one topic to another by just saying one word. It's like they wrote it the night before and recite it the following day. I mean, sometimes its okay, but most of the time, it's not worth it because there's only one person speaking and everyone else is probably getting bored. I'm lucky, i have a high tolerance level when it comes to these things. I'm usually the one who listens to people go on and on and on. The responsibilities of a Peer Counsellor. And yes, I do take what other people say in. I'm good with listening and i'm also good with tuning out. If someone is talking to me about something really not important to me, i'll just listen to a select few words and make up what I say back to them. It's bad, but it works. I probably only do that if I need to do something else. As long as the other person feels as though they are being heard, then I'm good. I don't think i'm that type of person. I dn't think i can go on and on and on about something. I mean I could, if the topic is really worth it to me. But other than that. I like hearing other people's opinion as well. I like it to be a mutual conversation where it's not only one person doing the talking and both are listening to what the other one is saying. I hope that people who go on and on about something realize that there's someone listening to them and they should be considerate about the people who are listening to them. I think that some people who go on and on about something is a person who's controlling. The only reason why someone would go on and on about a topic is because they think that what they think is more important than anyone else's. How rude.
